Commission Terms of Service

If you upload my work onto toyhou.se, YOU MUST credit me. My toyhou.se username is: Y0sh1ba
Please have a clear reference sheet of the character you'd like me to draw if they are an oc! I will not work off of descriptions.
If you decide to cancel the commission at any point after I have moved on from the approved sketch, I will charge for what I have done.
If I am uncomfortable drawing what you have asked, I reserve the right to decline the commission.
I will not do multiple payments. Please be ready to pay for the commission in full.
Please note that I will likely use your commission as an example of my work. If you don't want this done to your commission, please let me know.
If I am for some reason unable to finish your commission, a full refund will be issued to you.
I have two jobs so your commission may take a few weeks to a few months to finish. The longest I should take is 6 months. If you are curious about the status of your commission, feel free to message me and I will send you an update!
I do not work on art during the weekends as that is typically when I do my other job, but this is subject to change.
DISCLAIMER: If we have not previously discussed it, it will be known that my art and commissions are NOT to be used for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. You may not make money off of my work. This includes NFTs.
You are allowed to do the following with your commission from me: Use as a profile picture or wallpaper, repost (credit is not optional if you choose to repost), or print for personal use only (not including commercial use).

My designs are not allowed to be slightly redesigned and then resold within a month WITHOUT the purchase of commercial rights.
My designs may not be sold for more than their original buying price unless additional art has been added (not gift art)
If the oc was given to you as a gift, their worth starts over at $0. If you buy an oc for less than their worth, they are now worth whatever you paid.
Ship kids and fusions are allowed as long as they don't look too much like the parent design. I would also prefer being asked first. (unless you are asking me to make fusions of my own designs that you own, in which case I am happy to make for you)
I do not allow heavy inspiration from my designs nor are you allowed to trace over the original artwork provided to draw the oc.
Commercial rights to the design may be bought for 100% of the original design. They do not automatically come with the design.
Upon purchase, you are allowed to: Redesign the oc, change the name of the oc, create personal items such as keychains or plushies (not commercial use), and other personal uses.
